The 2010 Disco Triathlon will offer TWO races on Sunday, July 18. An Olympic distance 1500-yard swim, 23 mile bike, and 6.2 mile run and a Sprint distance, 500-yard swim, 17.6-mile bike and 3.1 mile run.

Both events start with a beach start. The bike ride features some "Texas hills." If you're not from Texas, a Texas hill is just that, a hill. It breaks up the flat terrain of the area. The run is mostly tree lined through a state park.

Disco Triathlon has developed the reputation of a "party that just happens to have a triathlon!" It is a lot of fun!

If you are not one of the more than 2,000 athletes from around the country who has experienced Disco Weekend, we welcome you to join us for this 6th annual event.  If you are a Disco veteran, we look forward to seeing you again this year and adding another finisher prize to your collection!
